Dave Watts is from Hull City of Culture, he is a violinist, creative musician and music workshop leader with experience of performance, composition, song writing, recording and coaching in various community education and corporate environments. 

He has a passion to inspire creativity and personal development in others through music. He is also a NLP Practitioner Neuro Linguistic Programming which explores visual auditory and kinaesthetic learning techniques.

Dave plays electric violin and sings with various bands: harriWattsband - Beggars Bridge - Ellie Pollard Band - (see band page for more information) 
 
Dave enjoys working in music education, and has a passion for encouraging young people to be creative and develop their musical, technical and 'life' skills.

Dave Watts is a musician, violinist vocalist songwriter and workshop leader based in Hull delivering creative music education projects for a variety of clients in the Hull and Humber region. He works in partnership delivering workshops for Hull City Council Arts Development, East Riding Council, and Music4U the Humber Region Youth Music Action Zone.

Dave works with young people and adults of all levels and abilities offering creative music workshops in singing, songwriting, composition, soundscapes, improvisation, recording and music technology. He uses music to teach a wide variety of skills, including literacy and numeracy; a large amount of his current work in schools and youth centres is using creative writing as a starting point for songwriting and composing.
